drtcm.shop is operated by DRTCM Wellness Asia Pacific (UEN 53526677D), Singapore ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

The products sold on this store are Chinese Proprietary Medicines. Traditional use only. If you are pregnant, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult a doctor or TCM practitioner before use.

Information on this website is general product information. It is not medical advice. Please read the product label and packaging before use.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in it. Your order is accepted when we have confirmed your payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is not available, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment is by PayNow to UEN 53526677D, using your order number as the reference. Your order stays pending until we have confirmed that we received your payment. We may cancel an order that remains unpaid.
